Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Brief: The Sales Partner is seeking a well-organized, highly motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide necessary sales & marketing support while reporting directly to Brian Donohoe, President & CEO.

Job Pay: $21,000-$28,800 Annual Base + commissions/bonuses for helping facilitating activities that lead to closed sales contracts (Total compensation after the base salary may double or triple depending on effort & performance)

(Furthermore, additional pay is potentially available for possessing additional skills & competencies that are mentioned below)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales efforts through managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating effectively with clients pre & post-sale
  • Sales Prospecting initiatives, including, but not limited to making appointment setting phone calls (not presentations), sending prospecting emails, and managing our sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Provide sales lead research & support
  • Coordination & support for obtaining post-sale deliverables from clients
  • Create sales Invoices & follow up for payment
  • Store & sort financial & non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of sales details & contracts with complete accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing & promotional materials and/or events

Required Skills & Competencies 

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing or a history in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in computer/tech programs such as (Gmail and Google Calendar, Organizing & Developing Spreadsheets through Microsoft Excel/Mac Numbers, or Google Sheets, & the ability to Design sales & marketing presentations using either Powerpoint, Mac Keynote, Canva, or equivalent of another similar program)
  • Graphic Design and/or Web Design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, WordPress, etc..) considered a plus, and additional compensation may be available for these skills (depending on skill set)
  • Must demonstrate Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Well-organized, highly-motivated, & an aptitude to solve problems in a timely manner
  • A team player with a positive attitude and high level of dedication to the growth of the organization, our people, and our clients
  • BA / BS or other degree is considered a plus, but all candidates will be considered as long as they can meet the responsibilities and demonstrate possession of the aforementioned required skills & competencies
